Needs Analysis
I identify what your learners need to do differently, review any existing content, and agree on clear objectives before anything is designed.
PHASE 01
Content and Storyboard
I work with your subject matter expert to gather and sign off all content, then map every screen, interaction, and assessment in a detailed storyboard before any build begins.
PHASE 02
Visual Design
I design the course theme and UI to match your brand and share key screens for approval before development starts.
PHASE 03
Alpha Build
I build the first working version and share it for detailed review of content accuracy, interactions, and assessment logic.
PHASE 04
Beta and Sign-Off
All feedback is applied and the near-final version is shared for written sign-off from your named decision-maker.
PHASE 05
Package and Handover
I publish the SCORM package, test it in SCORM Cloud, upload to your LMS, and deliver all source files on final payment.

One thing worth knowing before I start
A single 20-minute module typically takes four to six weeks from storyboard approval to delivery. Content is almost always the variable. I set a firm content deadline at the start of every project and ask you to hold to it.
